These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and rs7867 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rs7867 website located at https://rs7867.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality made available through it.

4.5   Employee Exclusion. Employees of rs7867 and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a User Account or place wagers on the Platform.

5.1   To access the full range of Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as required, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency (PKR or otherwise as available).

5.2   You must keep your registration information up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension of your Account pending re-verification.

5.3   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. rs7867 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5.4   You must notify rs7867 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via the Help Centre or the support email displayed on this site.

5.5   rs7867 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal obligations.

6.1   rs7867 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity, age and address of all Users. You may be required to provide documentation including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driver's licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement no older than three months) and, where relevant, proof of payment method ownership.

6.2   KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at the point of registration, before the first withdrawal or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in restriction of your Account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

6.3   All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and used only for the purposes of verification and regulatory compliance.

10.2   Market Settlement. Markets are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies. rs7867 reserves the right to use alternative result sources where an official source is unavailable or disputed.

10.3   Void Bets. A bet may be voided if: (i) it was placed after an event has started ("in-play" markets are excluded from this rule); (ii) the event is abandoned or suspended without a result; (iii) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds or market; or (iv) applicable rules specify that the market is void.

10.4   Errors in Odds. Where odds are published as a result of a manifest error (palpable error), rs7867 reserves the right to void affected bets or to settle them at the correct price that would have been offered in the absence of the error.

10.5   Cricket, PSL and ICC Markets. Cricket markets including PSL/T20, Pakistan domestic cricket and ICC tournaments are governed by standard cricket betting rules. References to these competitions on the Platform are sports context only. rs7867 has no official affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement relationship with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team or player.

10.6   Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply. These limits are displayed on the relevant market and are subject to change. rs7867 reserves the right to reduce the maximum payout for individual users based on account history and risk assessment.

10.7   Bets placed after an event has concluded ("late bets") will be voided. The timestamp used to determine bet placement time is the time recorded on the rs7867 Platform server.

11.1   All casino games available on the Platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, instant games and any other casino products, are governed by the specific game rules available within each game interface and the general terms set out herein.

11.2   Return to Player (RTP). All casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to audited RTP percentages. 14.3   You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of rs7867, except as permitted by applicable law.

15.1   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs7867 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory.

15.2   rs7867 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

15.3   Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15.4   Legal Disclaimer for Pakistani Users. rs7867 does not represent, warrant or guarantee that accessing or using this Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. The user bears sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local law.

16.1   rs7867 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (i) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (ii) the Account is subject to a legal order or regulatory requirement; (iii) the User is identified as having requested self-exclusion; or (iv) suspicious activity is detected.

16.2   Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited pending investigation, subject to the outcome of such investigation and applicable legal requirements.

16.3   Users who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure is available at any time and is not subject to any penalty. Any qualifying balance will be paid out in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures and subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

18.2   Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18.3   If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 16.3.
